LANDON-ROY, Dolores – Surrounded by her family at Marshall Gowland Manor, Dolores Landon-Roy died on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at the age 98. Beloved wife of the late Cecil Landon (1975) and the late Norman Roy. Loving mother of Dennis Landon & his wife Evelyn and Gerald Landon & his wife Kathrine, both of Sarnia. Cherished grandmother of Tina, Tammy, Todd (Robin), Michael, David, Jeremy, Cori and Jason. Great-grandmother of 13 and great-great-grandmother of 3. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and siblings. Dolores was a very loving mother, her passion was her family and she put them above anything else. She loved family gatherings and playing cards with her friends. Dolores enjoyed her work in retail where she had the opportunity to interact with many people. Visitation at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 Christina St. N., Sarnia, on Wednesday, April 22nd from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following visitation, in the McKenzie & Blundy Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, friends who wish may send memorial donations to a charity of choice.
