Our Services 

*Co-Ordinating Activities, Rites And Ceremonies

This service includes, but is not limited to, the availability and work done by our Funeral Director on behalf of the purchaser.  This would include: co-ordinating and directing any activities, rites, or ceremonies; the services of our staff and agents to arrange the transfer of the body from the place of death; and coordinating and directing the final disposition of remains.  It also includes the services of our support staff in preparing contracts, correspondence, placing notices, booking staff, arranging vehicles, coordinating supplies from 3rd part providers, invoicing and other support functions.  Requires Basic Facilities.

*Documentation
This charge is for obtaining the necessary information to complete the documentation legally required in connection with the disposition of remains, arranging for the filing of documentation and registration of death and providing 12 copies of our Funeral Director's Proof of Death Certificates.  Requires Utility Vehicle.

*Regulatory and Environmental Surcharge
This charge includes annual licensing fees paid to the Ontario Board of Funeral Service for the Establishment License and staff Funeral Director’s Licences that are required to provide Funeral Services to the public in the province of Ontario.  This fee also includes the cost for disposal of non-reusable instruments, cleaning and sanitizing of linens utilized in the preparation of the body and /or recovery and disposal of medical devices from the body.

*Aftercare Specialist (No Charge)
​This service is part of our commitment to helping families “Before, During & After” the funeral.  Our Aftercare Specialist will meet with the family to aid in the completion of final estate matters, such as filing for CPP death benefits, insurance requirements and much more.  This service is provided at no cost.
