Samantha Scimmi
Born in Burlington, I've lived in Sarnia since 1995. After attending high school at Northern Collegiate I. & V.S. I continued my post-secondary education in Sarnia at Lambton College. In 2005 I graduated with my diploma in Business Administration - Human Resource Management.
I grew-up around McKenzie & Blundy, working part-time to assist with visitations and in the office since 1999. In January of 2007 I began working here full-time as the Office Administrator. I enjoy the work that I do and helping families in their time of need.
Working for a business with such a strong dedication to the community has allowed me to volunteer with local organizations such as the Canadian Cancer Society, Sarnia Connects, the Sarnia Community Foundation and Junior Achievement as well as co-found Get the Ball Rolling - a testicular cancer awareness event. In addition to my position at McKenzie & Blundy I am also the Co-Founder and Coordinator of Sarnia Gives, a not-for-profit volunteer centre in Sarnia-Lambton.
Working with my family everyday, our slogan - Our family caring for your family ″Before, During and After″ - has special meaning for me. I take great pride in being given the opportunity to serve the families in our community.
