Ross Sherk
I was born and raised in Kent County where I received my music education. I attended the Canadian School Of Embalming and earned my licence as an embalmer and funeral director. After working at a funeral home for thirteen years, I changed careers and managed a motor coach tour business until 1995 when my wife Margaret and I opened a blind and drapery store. My retirement began in 2001 when the business was sold.
I have been and continue to be an organist at several United Churches for over forty years. I am a member of the United Church of Canada, a Paul Harris Fellow with Rotary International and a member of Parthenon Masonic Lodge, No. 267, A.F. & A. M.
Margaret and I have three children and five grandchildren. I am pleased to be working with the staff of the McKenzie & Blundy where serving families ″Before, During and After&″ the death of a loved one is not only our mission but a way of life.
