DIXON, James Arthur – At Bluewater Health, Palliative Care on Sunday, July 18, 2010, Arthur died at the age of 84. Beloved husband of the late Jean (Harmer). Loving father of Susan (Carl) May, Vancouver, BC, and Julie Wilkinson (Peter Westfall), Louise Dixon (Brad David). Proud grandfather of Carl, Philippa, Lorna, Jenny, Ben, William, Emily and Laurel. Dear brother of John (Joan), Swinden, England, Eileen Matthews, Waterford, Ireland and Ann (Geoff) Bolton, North Wales, UK; and brother-in-law of Norma Dixon, Keith and Pat Harmer. Predeceased by his parents Hugh and Margaret, brothers Richard, Robert, Eric and Roy and sister Margaret Brown. A Celebration of Arthur’s life will be held at the McKENZIE & BLUNDY FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 431 N. Christina St., Sarnia on Thursday, July 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Angela MacDonald officiating.
